What this covers

This policy describes how Proximity ("we," "us") handles information collected through in-proximity.ai, including the waitlist. It will be expanded before general availability to cover the Proximity app itself.

Who we are

The site is operated by Proximity. You can reach us at hello@in-proximity.ai.

Visiting the site

You can browse in-proximity.ai without an account. We don't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and we don't store anything in your browser.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web server, it processes the technical details of each request — your IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time — to deliver the page and to protect the site against abuse. These are server logs, not a profile of you, and we don't combine them with other data.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

  • Your email address.
  • The page you signed up from and how you found us (referrer).
  • Basic technical information (browser user agent) to help us detect spam.

We don't ask for or store payment details at the waitlist stage.

How we use it

We use your email to notify you when access opens and to share occasional updates about Proximity. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where it's stored

Waitlist data is stored in a Supabase-hosted database with row-level security enabled — the website can only add new entries, never read, modify, or delete them.

Your choices

Email hello@in-proximity.ai at any time to be removed from the waitlist and have your data deleted.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page as the product evolves, particularly once the app itself is generally available. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
