Where these apply
These terms cover in-proximity.ai and the waitlist. A separate agreement will govern use of the Proximity app itself once access opens.
The site is operated by Proximity. You can reach us at hello@in-proximity.ai.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a specific timeline, or a specific price — founding member pricing is offered in good faith to early joiners but may change before general availability. We'll always tell you the price before you're charged anything.
Acceptable use
Don't use automated tools to submit false or bulk entries to the waitlist, bulk-copy the site's content, attempt to disrupt the site, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
No warranty
The site and waitlist are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, while we build toward general availability.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
